A class designed for ALL individuals ages 13 and above. Cost: $8 per person, $7 for HHWA members. Discount punch cards also available for 10 sessions or unlimited monthly. Please bring your own yoga mat, yoga block, yoga strap, and water as needed. Some supplies will be available.
